Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process while representing the company’s values and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles and assess overall suitability.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, video calls, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proven ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
