About the role

Viva is hiring a Talent Partner to make the hiring process clear, thoughtful, and human. You will guide candidates from application through pre‑onboarding while helping improve hiring with data, AI, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain the ATS pipeline, and support pre‑onboarding.
• Create a thoughtful candidate experience that is clear, timely, engaging, and respectful.
• Refine candidate communications, interview processes, surveys, and resources, bringing ideas to improve hiring.
• Use data and feedback to identify friction points and turn insights into practical improvements.
• Build smarter workflows using AI and automation to reduce manual work while preserving human connection.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience improving the experience of candidates, employees, customers, or similar groups.
• Strong communicator with C1+ English proficiency.
• Candidate‑focused, noticing when people feel confused, forgotten, heard, or valued.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable asking good questions and sharing ideas.
• Creative and detail‑oriented, caring about how communications look, sound, and feel.
• Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, automation tools, and curious about AI.
• Demonstrated commitment to a team, having stayed at least 2 years in one of the last three roles.
