About the role
The Team Leader will coordinate student support activities, ensure timely delivery of reports, and resolve internal issues within the team. This position combines leadership, customer service, and reporting responsibilities in an educational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and assist students with their inquiries and progress.
- Prepare, compile, and deliver regular reports within established deadlines.
- Guarantee that all reports are submitted on time and meet quality standards.
- Identify and solve internal team problems promptly.
- Support the team in day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Previous experience teaching languages.
- High dynamism and strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional attitude and presentation.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
- Organizational and team‑management abilities.
- Customer‑service experience.
