Technical Sales Support Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Professional to provide technical assistance to our commercial team on low‑voltage electrical solutions. The role will involve analyzing technical requirements, preparing proposals and ensuring that offered solutions meet client needs across Guatemala and the wider Central American region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team during opportunity development and project execution.
• Prepare technical‑commercial proposals for low‑voltage solutions, including motor control centers (MCC) and start‑up systems.
• Analyze technical specifications, electrical diagrams and project documentation.
• Review plans and schematics to guarantee correct integration of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and operations teams to develop competitive, technically sound proposals.
• Participate in client visits and technical surveys when required.
• Track technical progress of projects throughout the commercial process.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in electrical projects, engineering or technical support.
• Solid knowledge of low‑voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and documentation.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or electrical installation projects.
• Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving orientation.
• Strong collaborative skills and intermediate English proficiency.
