Technical Solutions Manager – Spanish Fluent

About the role

You will act as the primary technical partner for Wingify’s customers, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value from our web‑optimization solutions. The role blends deep web‑technology expertise with strong customer‑facing skills to drive adoption and solve complex integration challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and deployment of Wingify’s solutions, configuring them according to best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver seamless onboarding and promote long‑term product adoption.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot third‑party integrations using REST APIs and web technologies.
• Investigate and resolve complex browser‑level issues, including JavaScript execution, cookies, tracking scripts, and extensions.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical best‑practice recommendations to customer development teams.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Fluency in Spanish and English to support multilingual customer bases.
