About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team and provide day‑to‑day technical support and system administration. The role involves maintaining network infrastructure, servers and ensuring the security of our information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Administer and monitor servers, ensuring availability and performance.
• Manage network devices, configure routing and switching as needed.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls and antivirus solutions.
• Support enterprise applications and assist with system upgrades.
• Document incidents, resolutions and maintain knowledge base.

Required profile

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in system administration or IT support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 and Saturdays 08:00‑12:00.
