About the role
We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Executive who enjoys speaking with people, spotting opportunities, and delivering results. Your main mission will be to prospect companies, contact potential clients, identify their needs, and create commercial opportunities for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Research and qualify target businesses for outreach.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone and email.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and hand them over to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive voice.
- Passion for sales, negotiation, and achieving targets.
- Persistent, results‑oriented, and comfortable working with goals.
- Eagerness to learn about technology and business environments.
