Terminal Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Terminal Operations Coordinator ensures smooth reception, processing, and staging of containers at the terminal. You will be responsible for overseeing cargo receipt, transit, storage, and the loading/unloading of transport conveyances while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, handling, and staging of containers and cargo.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities across various modes of transport.
• Maintain accurate manifesting and forwarding of cargo to its destination.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Support daily operational activities in a hands‑on, on‑site environment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good physical stamina for on‑site tasks.
• Ability to work under supervision and within set schedules.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Familiarity with terminal operating procedures (SOPs).
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
