Trade Marketing & Channel Coordinator

About the role

Join Henkel’s Adhesives business as a Trade Marketing & Channel Coordinator, driving brand growth across multiple sales channels in Guatemala and the wider Central American region. You will shape and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance the shopper experience and strengthen key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual Trade Marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead brand activation across retail, distribution, hardware stores, e‑commerce, and professional channels in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and the Caribbean.
• Manage product launches, promotions, and point‑of‑sale campaigns, including development of POP materials and sales tools.
• Analyze sell‑in, sell‑out, market share and promotional ROI to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams and manage Trade Marketing budgets.
• Negotiate promotional activities and joint business plans with strategic customers.
• Oversee field execution to ensure adherence to excellence standards.

Required profile

• Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales, preferably with regional customers and distributors.
• Proven track record in implementing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong negotiation, key‑account management and commercial analysis skills.
• Team leadership, strategic thinking and results‑oriented mindset.
