About the role

The Digital Trafficker will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and monitoring paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Working closely with marketing and design teams, the role ensures that paid media strategies are executed efficiently and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Configure advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Define audience segmentation, select appropriate keywords, and set up tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and adjust settings to improve CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS.
• Identify issues or inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions.
• Track daily and monthly spend to keep campaigns within allocated budgets.

Required profile

• Studies in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related fields (ongoing studies accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign implementation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn new tools and trends.
