Trainee de Excelencia Operativa

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our operational excellence team in Guatemala. The trainee will work on real‑world projects that improve the performance of our network of convenience stores across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Visit stores nationwide to assess compliance with quality standards, kitchen processes, brand image, product display, customer service and consumer behavior.
• Collect data using structured observations, checklists and process mapping.
• Produce executive reports with improvement recommendations.
• Create flowcharts, process manuals and Excel databases to support strategic decisions.
• Develop operational efficiency indicators for each location.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Willingness to travel throughout Guatemala.
• Analytical, observant and organized mindset with a strong eye for improvement opportunities.
• Excellent written communication and ability to present findings to senior management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with flowchart or diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
