Training Supervisor

About the role

The Training Supervisor leads the training function for a healthcare‑focused BPO, ensuring that new hires and existing staff receive consistent, high‑quality learning experiences. This position partners with Operations, Quality, and other departments to align training programs with business and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trainers to meet performance targets.
• Design and oversee new‑hire, refresher, up‑skilling, and continuous learning programs.
• Ensure training materials and delivery methods comply with healthcare processes, policies, and client standards.
• Monitor trainer performance through observations, evaluations, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions.
• Track training metrics such as attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and nesting performance.
• Prepare trainees for smooth transition from training to production.
• Maintain accurate training documentation, support audits, and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Training Supervisor, Training Manager, or Senior Trainer.
• Background in the healthcare industry, preferably within a BPO or call‑center environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop training teams.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with training metrics and performance reports.
