Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through various channels and assigned zones.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: initial contact, follow‑up, negotiation, and closing.
• Achieve sales targets set by brand, agency, or location.
• Promote vehicles, trucks, and transport solutions tailored to client needs.
• Track commercial opportunities and strengthen the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to meet branch objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vehicle sales, financial products, real estate, or other high‑performance commercial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect clients and close deals.
• Strong focus on meeting goals and delivering results.
• Passion for sales with a proactive commercial attitude.
• Willingness to work in different agencies across Guatemala.
