About the role

The Commission Sales Representative will promote and sell Cargill’s agricultural products to external customers in Cobán. The role focuses on building relationships, achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service while handling product weighing, invoicing and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Validate product weight received from the plant using the customer’s scale and coordinate with the billing department.
• Invoice products according to the current price list and weight, reconciling weight with invoiced amounts.
• Control and audit inventory supplied by the supply chain.
• Coordinate daily returns and ensure compliance with safety, HACCP and critical task procedures.
• Meet sales goals and performance indicators.
• Visit customers for follow‑up, product sales and prospecting new accounts.
• Prepare invoices, settlements and cash deposits.
• Expand territory by prospecting new clients.
• Participate in training, continuous improvement programs and any other related tasks.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Completed primary education or higher.
• Ability to read and write Spanish fluently.
• Valid B or A driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg, climb stairs, kneel, squat and work in temperatures up to 35 °C.
• Experience using mobile devices and basic inventory systems.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
