About the role
Grupo Distefano is looking for a motivated Store Sales Associate to work in a busy shopping‑center environment. You will interact directly with customers, advise them on fashion trends, and close sales while maintaining the store’s visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized fashion advice and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays.
- Handle cash register operations, daily cash cuts, and inventory control.
- Receive merchandise, manage stockroom organization, and support stock replenishment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Completed secondary education; accounting or related studies are a plus.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive, and professional appearance.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
- Fundamental inventory management.
