About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our real‑estate team. The professional will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and managing a variety of legal documents related to civil, commercial, credit and confidentiality matters, as well as supporting purchase agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil, commercial, credit and confidentiality contracts.
• Assist in drafting purchase agreements and related legal documents.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, providing legal input.
• Produce executive summaries and concise reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Law degree with notary qualification; Master’s degree is desirable.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a real‑estate environment, handling contracts and legal processes.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate legislation and contract law.
• Own vehicle and ability to work onsite in the designated office area.
• Highly analytical, result‑oriented, organized and detail‑focused.
