Accounts Receivable & Collections Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Team Lead to oversee our AR and collections operations. In this role you will coach a fast‑paced team, streamline processes, and ensure timely cash flow while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AR and collections specialists.
• Monitor aging reports, payment arrangements, and account reconciliations.
• Implement process improvements to increase collection efficiency and reduce delinquency.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service departments to resolve account issues.
• Prepare and analyze operational metrics, ensuring targets are met.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related functions.
• Proven experience supervising or coordinating a team in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
