About the role

The Shopping Center Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail complex, ensuring financial performance, resource efficiency, and high service standards for both visitors and commercial partners. This role combines strategic planning, budget control, and operational supervision to drive visitor traffic and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial, financial, and marketing strategies for the center.
• Manage and control revenue and expense budgets, as well as operational plans.
• Supervise maintenance and operational activities to guarantee business continuity.
• Ensure visitor flow and dwell‑time targets are met.
• Deliver a customer experience aligned with established service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Preferred Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Project Management.
• Minimum three years of experience implementing commercial, operational and financial strategies in shopping centers.
• Proven ability to supervise staff according to operational plans and achieve performance goals.
• Intermediate English proficiency and availability to work flexible hours.
• Own means of transportation.
