About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator I to support daily procurement operations for our international markets. Based onsite in Zone 13, Guatemala City, this entry‑level position offers the opportunity to learn the end‑to‑end sourcing process, supplier management and compliance reporting within a global connectivity leader.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in quotation and sourcing of direct and indirect goods and services for international markets.
• Request price quotes, compare alternatives and document recommendations for low to moderate complexity purchases.
• Support supplier evaluations, qualification processes and ensure required documentation and compliance are maintained.
• Track commercial terms, pricing, delivery dates and maintain communication with suppliers.
• Keep purchase records, quotations, supplier information and related documents up to date.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional eager to develop procurement knowledge.
• Interest in learning purchasing processes, systems, controls and best practices for supplier management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
