Agente de Conservación del Cliente

About the role

The bank is looking for a Customer Retention Agent to engage with clients who wish to cancel products or services. The role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting suitable alternatives and preserving the commercial relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the reasons behind client dissatisfaction and gather relevant information.
• Explain product benefits, coverage and conditions to the client.
• Answer questions, propose retention solutions and guide the client through alternatives.
• Handle inbound calls while meeting established service indicators.
• Accurately record all interactions and actions taken in the system.

Required profile

• High‑school graduate; university studies started in Economics, Humanities or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a call‑center, sales or customer‑service environment.
• Effective communication, persuasive ability and results‑orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

What we offer

• Location: Zona 13, Ciudad de Guatemala – 100 % onsite.
• Rotating schedule, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm.
• Base salary Q4,400 plus Q250 incentive.
