Agiloft Administrator – CLM Platform Specialist

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking an experienced Agiloft Administrator to own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. You will act as the internal subject‑matter expert, supporting Legal Ops, Sales Ops, and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of the Agiloft CLM platform, including user provisioning, permission sets, record types, page layouts, and field mapping.
• Configure and maintain the Agiloft application within Salesforce Lightning and manage integrations to ensure accurate contract data flow.
• Design, build, and optimize contract workflow automations, routing rules, and approval flows.
• Serve as the first escalation point for platform issues, providing user support, documentation, training, and audit assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Agiloft administration experience.
• Strong understanding of CLM concepts such as templates, clause libraries, approval workflows, e‑signature, and redlining.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning integration, including custom objects, page layouts, and permission sets.
• Ability to translate business requirements from Legal, Sales, and Operations stakeholders into platform configurations.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.
