AI Developer – Integrations and Automation with AI

About the role

We are looking for an AI Developer to drive intelligent automation across our logistics operations. You will identify process improvement opportunities, design AI‑powered solutions, and integrate them with existing enterprise systems to reduce manual effort and error rates.

Key responsibilities

• Map internal processes and pinpoint AI automation opportunities.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions into systems such as SAP and Logistaas via APIs.
• Implement document‑processing tools using OCR and data‑extraction techniques.
• Build automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Propose and execute data‑driven continuous improvements.
• Stay current with AI trends relevant to logistics and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering real AI projects, not just theoretical knowledge.
• At least 2 years of software development experience with Python.
• Minimum 2 years of experience integrating systems through APIs.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• API integration.
• Automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar).
• Large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar).
• Document processing (OCR, data extraction).
• Familiarity with SAP and Logistaas.
