Analista de Datos de Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our marketing and communications strategy by analysing sales performance, portfolio results and promotional attractiveness. The role will also assist in creating communication materials for the sales force and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of campaigns, launches, promotions and incentives.
• Analyse sales performance data by campaign, product, network and distribution channel.
• Prepare reports and generate relevant information to aid decision‑making.
• Monitor commercial indicators such as sell‑out, distributor productivity and average ticket.
• Create commercial materials such as catalogs, flyers and sales tools.
• Track consumer trends and product performance.
• Propose improvements to strengthen the commercial offering.
• Assist in implementing dynamics and incentives for the distributor network.
• Ensure proper communication of promotions, benefits and launches.
• Participate in marketing and communication activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis related to marketing, trade marketing or commercial areas.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communication or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability and good communication skills.
• Achievement‑oriented and comfortable working in a team.

• Salary range from Q6,950 to Q7,950 (Guatemalan Quetzal) based on experience.
• Legal benefits as per Guatemalan labor law.
• Work schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
