About the role

The HR Data Analyst will support the Talent Acquisition area by managing operational processes, coordinating subcontracted staff, overseeing corporate medical insurance, and analysing key performance indicators. The role aims to improve process efficiency and enable data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor day‑to‑day operations of the Talent Acquisition function.
• Coordinate the management of subcontracted personnel and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Handle the administration of the corporate medical insurance plan.
• Collect, clean, and analyse recruitment and payroll data to produce actionable metrics.
• Support decision‑making by presenting insights through dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment and selection processes.
• Proven experience handling data for recruitment indicators and outsourced payroll cycles.
• Ability to follow up on processes and ensure data accuracy.
