Analista de Formación Comercial – Microfinanzas

About the role

The Commercial Training Analyst will support the onboarding and performance development of new microfinance collaborators, applying the organization’s micro‑finance methodology in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany the commercial process for new hires, ensuring alignment with micro‑finance best practices.
• Provide on‑site guidance and feedback to micro‑finance auxiliaries and advisors regarding their performance.
• Monitor and follow up on the job performance of newly hired auxiliaries and advisors.
• Verify the tracking of portfolios managed by auxiliaries, advisors, and collection managers.
• Travel throughout the western region of Guatemala to conduct field work and training sessions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the third year of a university program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Auditing or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in field sales, placement of financial products, micro‑finance advising, or a similar role.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Canva is desirable.
• Must own a personal automobile.
• Resident of Quetzaltenango.
• Available to travel to the western part of the country and conduct field activities.
