Analista de Gestión de Capacitación

About the role

The Training Management Analyst will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the organization’s training programs. This role ensures that learning activities are delivered efficiently, that participation is tracked, and that training outcomes support the development of employee competencies and the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and follow up on the annual training strategy and plan.
• Identify, collect and document training needs across all business areas.
• Organize logistics for training sessions, including invitations, schedules, facilitators, venues, materials and participant lists.
• Maintain the training calendar and guarantee that scheduled activities are executed on time.
• Track attendance, training hours, and program compliance.
• Keep up‑to‑date records and evidence of all training delivered.
• Develop and analyse indicators related to coverage, participation, compliance and effectiveness.
• Conduct evaluations and monitor results of training programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers to deliver training activities.
• Prepare periodic reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in training coordination, needs analysis, training indicators and ISO standards.
• Strong numerical ability, participative leadership, assertive communication, proactivity, organization and execution skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Guatemala City.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
