Analista de gestión de proyectos – Diseño de centros logísticos

About the role

The Project Management Analyst will lead the design and coordination of logistics infrastructure projects, from concept through construction engineering. The role ensures that operational, technical, regulatory and financial requirements are fully integrated to deliver efficient, scalable distribution center solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design projects for distribution centers from conceptual stages to construction engineering deliverables.
• Integrate operational, architectural, civil, structural, electromechanical and automation requirements.
• Manage external consultants and specialized suppliers throughout design phases.
• Review and validate design proposals for operational functionality, regulatory compliance and corporate standards.
• Implement criteria for operational efficiency, sustainability and cost optimisation.
• Monitor design budgets, schedules and deliverables from external consultants.
• Identify technical, construction and operational risks and propose timely mitigation actions.
• Participate in standardisation, innovation and continuous‑improvement initiatives for logistics infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Supply Chain, Automation, Finance and other stakeholder teams.
• Incorporate sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental impact reduction into project development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or MEP Engineering.
• Preferably a specialization, diploma or certification in Project Management, Construction, BIM or Infrastructure Development.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating architectural, civil and/or electromechanical disciplines.
• Experience working with external consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in large‑scale distribution centers, industrial warehouses or similar projects is desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) proficiency.
