About the role
The Spare Parts Inventory Analyst will support the maintenance department by managing service requests and spare‑part supplies, ensuring that all materials and external labor are available according to the maintenance plan.
Key responsibilities
- Process service and spare‑part requests in line with maintenance schedules and purchasing policies.
- Control inbound and outbound movements of the spare‑parts warehouse.
- Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile them with system records.
- Receive and inspect incoming maintenance materials, guaranteeing quality standards.
- Dispatch parts as required by maintenance work orders.
Required profile
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Auditing or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
