About the role

The Recruitment Project Analyst will oversee and monitor the operational processes of the Talent Acquisition area. This role ensures smooth coordination of subcontracted staff, manages corporate health‑insurance administration, and analyses key performance indicators to drive process efficiency and data‑based decision making. The analyst will collaborate closely with HR partners and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and track daily operational activities within Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate management of subcontracted personnel.
• Oversee corporate medical‑insurance administration.
• Collect, process and analyse recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment and selection processes.
• Proven ability to work with subcontracted staff processes.
• Experience handling data to generate recruitment indicators.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
