Analista de Reclutamiento

About the role

The Recruitment Analyst will support the Human Resources department in attracting qualified talent, managing candidate pipelines, and shortening hiring cycles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish job ads on portals, social networks and job boards; manage incoming applications and keep communication channels up‑to‑date.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone or video interviews to assess basic competencies and verify minimum job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, arrange technical tests and psychometric assessments when needed.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate status, interview notes and relevant documents.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the process, provide feedback and ensure a respectful, professional experience.
• Prepare pre‑contract documentation, coordinate reference and background checks, and assist with onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably with ATS usage.
• Knowledge of selection techniques, competency‑based interviews, psychometric testing and basic labor legislation.
• Availability to conduct face‑to‑face interviews and attend recruitment fairs or events occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
