About the role

As a Recruitment Analyst at ECOSABA R.L., you will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes, from identifying staffing needs to welcoming new team members. You will work closely with internal departments to define profiles, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Participate in final candidate evaluation and selection decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define role requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Third‑year student in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate profiles and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel to Chimaltenango, Sacatepéquez, and Guatemala for recruitment activities.
