Analista Financiero

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the Finance Management team and the Board by preparing, analysing and validating the company’s financial information. The role ensures data reliability, accuracy and timeliness to enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Produce financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain and update cash‑flow models.
• Document financial processes and methodologies to standardise key activities.
• Monitor financial indicators, trends and opportunities to improve profitability and support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modelling, dashboards).
• Availability to work onsite at Km 9.5 Carretera al Salvador and attend two half‑day Saturdays per month.
