Analista Financiero

About the role

The Financial Analyst will collect, analyse and interpret the company’s financial information to support decision‑making. The role involves evaluating revenues, expenses, costs and budgets, preparing financial forecasts and delivering reports that highlight improvement opportunities and resource optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, verify and analyse financial data from daily entries, account reconciliations and general ledger records.
• Prepare and present financial projections, budgets and accounting reports.
• Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities through detailed analysis.
• Coordinate and supervise task allocation for junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate in Accounting (Perito Contador) or a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing, preferably with a master’s degree.
• Ability to collect, verify and analyse financial information.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of IFRS (NIIF), income tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), ISO standards and local fiscal legislation.
• Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger bookkeeping.
