Analista Financiero

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and organized Financial Analyst to join Bia Restaurants. The professional will be responsible for processing, analyzing and controlling financial information across our restaurant brands, ensuring reliable accounting records, timely closes and high-quality data to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Process, record and issue supplier invoices, expenses, revenues, travel expenses and other financial movements in SAP S/4HANA for multiple restaurant brands.
• Ensure all accounting entries are supported by proper documentation and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing, guaranteeing correct use of accounts and cost centres.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests and follow-up on findings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, IFRS notes and consolidation data.
• Produce financial reports for various business units and operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes, reducing manual work and strengthening internal controls.

Required profile

• Graduate or final-year student in Public Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, Accounting Assistant or External Audit Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, closing processes and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience managing fixed assets (inventory, additions and disposals).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP S/4HANA.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• High ethical standards and responsible handling of financial information.
