Analista Financiero Junior

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. The role supports the preparation and analysis of financial information, budgets, forecasts and monitors the performance of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Manage and monitor corporate cash flows.
• Produce comparative income statements between forecast and actual execution.
• Track financial performance of construction projects.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify variances and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree in Auditing.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in financial analysis.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, organized and goal‑driven.
• Own transportation (motorcycle or vehicle) preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data handling.
