Analista Finanzas y Comercial

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Commercial Analyst to act as a strategic partner between our finance and commercial teams, ensuring profitability and growth of our portfolio. The role involves transforming financial and sales data into actionable strategies that support sustainable revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare strategic profitability, sales, and margin reports by SKU, channel, and client.
• Design, maintain, and update executive dashboards in Power BI for timely decision‑making.
• Monitor commercial KPIs and recommend corrective actions when sales or revenue targets deviate.
• Support modern channel initiatives by developing and implementing planograms for supermarket chains to optimize shelf space and core portfolio profitability.
• Clean, structure, and enrich databases for commercial analysis and forecasting.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business Administration (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial‑commercial analysis, revenue management, data analysis or category management.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, negotiation skills and result orientation.

• Advanced Excel
• Power BI (dashboard creation and management)
• SAP or another recognized ERP system
