Analista II Asesor de Atención a Agentes

About the role

The Analyst II – Agent Support role strengthens the network of banking agents by delivering training, conducting field visits and ensuring compliance with operational policies. The position supports commercial strategies and institutional goals across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute training sessions and on‑site visits for bank agents.
• Monitor agents’ commercial and operational performance to ensure alignment with company manuals and procedures.
• Promote, attend to and resolve customer service requests, assigning follow‑up actions as needed.
• Manage commercial and administrative processes related to financial products.
• Carry out promotional activities that boost productivity in prospecting, affiliation and related processes.

Required profile

• At least six semesters of university studies in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or Advertising.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, financial product management or commercial administration.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel between different sites.
• Own means of transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of basic banking operations and ability to read flowcharts.
• Strong advisory and negotiation capabilities.
