About the role

The Internal Communication Analyst (Level II) will design, propose, and implement initiatives that improve internal communication processes. The role focuses on analysing current practices, identifying value‑adding alternatives, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals of growth, profitability, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication actions that enhance internal information flow.
• Analyse existing communication processes and recommend innovative improvements.
• Collaborate with the Reputation Unit to align messaging with corporate strategy.
• Monitor digital and technological trends to keep internal communication tools up‑to‑date.
• Measure the impact of communication initiatives and report results to senior management.
