About the role

We are looking for a Technical Analyst I specialized in Digital Sales to manage and optimise our online channels. The role will support the insurance business by creating, implementing and reporting on digital strategies that drive attraction, interaction and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Administer content, implementation, optimisation and reporting across organic and paid digital channels.
• Execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and sales for the insurance portfolio.
• Maintain and analyse databases and performance reports to track campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging on social media.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Community Manager or digital content creator.
• Proven experience with digital advertising tools and campaign management.
• Experience in building and managing databases and reporting.
