About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional restaurant host to welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a smooth dining experience. The host will be the first point of contact, creating a positive first impression for every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant.
- Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and guide them to their tables based on availability, party size, and preferences.
- Maintain the table plan, coordinate waiter shifts, and manage reservations and wait‑lists.
- Answer basic questions about the menu, promotions, hours, and special events.
- Assist guests with special needs, such as seniors or families with children.
- Ensure a courteous farewell to guests at the end of their visit.
Required profile
- High‑school level education (Diversificado).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar front‑of‑house role.
- Proficiency in English (approximately 60% of duties).
