Application Support Analyst – Fintech

About the role

Paysend is building the future of global payments. As an Application Support Analyst you will ensure the reliability of our transaction platform, helping millions of customers send and receive money without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, track and manage end‑to‑end payment transaction flows using Oracle SQL, Postman and OpenSearch.
• Maintain business‑critical payment services, monitor SLA windows and system health with Grafana.
• Lead incident response, conduct root‑cause investigations and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
• Resolve stuck or flagged transactions and handle partner/bank communication for processing issues.
• Support service releases, execute deployments and verify post‑release performance.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently under strict SLA windows.
• Experience interfacing with external financial partners (banks, PSPs, processors) and internal teams.
• Basic Linux, network or cloud administration knowledge.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Oracle SQL for data querying.
• Postman for API testing and debugging.
• OpenSearch for log and transaction analysis.
• Grafana for monitoring and performance dashboards.
• Basic programming ability to read code or run scripts.
