About the role

We are looking for a Junior Architect or a final‑year Architecture student to join our Planning team in Guatemala. The role offers hands‑on experience in preparing preliminary designs, drafting plans, and managing documentation for government submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Track project files and administrative procedures related to planning.
• Prepare and follow up on documentation required by governmental entities.
• Organize and keep project archives up to date.
• Produce, revise, modify, and print architectural drawings.
• Assist the Planning Manager with daily tasks.
• Support the design and development of preliminary projects.
• Analyze proposals for new developments and provide support to the planning team.

Required profile

• Final‑year Architecture student or recent graduate.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• No prior work experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD for creating architectural plans.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from Q4,500 to Q5,000.
