About the role

The Project Advisor Architect provides technical and commercial guidance to clients, creates new business opportunities, and manages the full sales cycle from quotation to closing. The role combines field work with long‑term relationship building and is results‑oriented.

Key responsibilities

• Offer technical and commercial advice to customers in construction projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow the existing client portfolio.
• Handle the entire sales process, from quoting to contract closure.
• Perform field work (approximately 60% of the time) and travel to interior regions as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate or student of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in technical consultancy and commercial sales, preferably in waterproofing, roofing, or construction products.
• Valid type C driver’s license.
• Strong negotiation, planning, result‑orientation, and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• AutoCAD 2D.
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
• Knowledge of Zoho (desirable).
