About the role

The Architectural Designer will lead the design and technical development of medium‑to‑large scale projects such as apartment buildings, commercial plazas, industrial facilities, and urban developments. The role spans from concept creation through detailed execution, requiring strong design judgment and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural design proposals for medium and large‑scale projects.
• Participate in all project phases: conceptual design, schematic design, and executive design.
• Create BIM models and technical documentation using Revit.
• Produce architectural visualizations and renderings with Lumion or similar tools.
• Design and develop site plans, grading, platforms, and terrain adaptations.
• Coordinate architectural criteria with engineering specialties and external consultants.
• Prepare drawings, details, presentations, and documentation to communicate project development.
• Take part in design reviews and adjust solutions based on technical, regulatory, and coordination requirements.
• Ensure high graphic, architectural, and technical quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design and planning of medium‑to‑large scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead architectural projects and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Strong design sense, composition, functionality, and spatial resolution.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and architectural documentation.
• Experience with Lumion or similar visualization software.
• Knowledge of CivilCAD (desirable).
