About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Advisor to promote a wide range of flooring solutions, including vinyl, LVT, high‑security, and wood‑look tiles, as well as decorative stone, waterproofing products, and 3D panels. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to generate new business, support existing clients, and help the company grow throughout Guatemala and Central America.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers in the flooring and finishes market.
• Present product portfolios, conduct site visits, and provide technical guidance.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma; university studies are a plus.
• Strong proactive attitude, focus on growth, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience with flooring, vinyl, waterproofing, industrial finishes, lighting, or related architectural products.
