Asesor Comercial LATAM – Pisos y Tejas Cerámicas

About the role

The Commercial Advisor LATAM will be responsible for developing and growing the business of ceramic and clay tiles across several Latin American markets. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent travel to client sites and close interaction with architects, engineers and construction firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and convert new customers in assigned territories (Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Paraguay and others).
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline with volume forecasts, probability of closure and purchase timelines.
• Visit architects, civil engineers and builders to discuss technical specifications, installation, maintenance and warranty details.
• Manage the full specification process, including catalogs, samples, submittals and project approvals.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, volumes and commercial agreements while preserving margin discipline.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales, volume, margin and collection targets.
• Provide market intelligence to shape regional commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Must be located in or able to travel to Guatemala.
• Experience in commercial sales of construction or building‑material products.
• Ability to build technical relationships with specifiers and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong negotiation skills and focus on meeting sales targets.
