About the role

The Financial Wellness Advisor will provide personalized advice and solutions that enable clients to meet their financial obligations, improve liquidity, and enhance their overall quality of life. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, fostering loyalty, and increasing the placement of banking products that contribute to the client’s financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend banking products that best fit their financial situation.
• Conduct cross‑selling, field work, and telemarketing activities to promote product adoption.
• Maintain compliance with banking norms, laws, and regulations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales using established banking finance techniques.
• Document interactions and manage client information using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• High‑school level education (diversified graduation).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and financial product advisory.
• Demonstrated interest in client wellbeing and the financial health of the organization.
