About the role

The company is looking for a Financial Telemarketing Advisor to join its business unit. You will be responsible for managing payroll clients, promoting financial products and creating new commercial opportunities through phone outreach.

Key responsibilities

Attend to existing, potential and new payroll clients.
Conduct follow‑up calls (telemarketing) to nurture client relationships.
Promote passive financial products and tailored solutions.
Drive commercial opportunities from initial contact to closure.
Achieve the sales targets set by the organization.

Required profile

High‑school graduate (or equivalent).
Minimum 1 year experience selling financial products (credits, cards, insurance, etc.) in banks, cooperatives or similar entities.
Strong commercial focus and goal‑orientation.
Ability to provide consistent client follow‑up.
Availability to work on‑site.
