About the role

The Commercial Sales Advisor will develop and maintain a field portfolio of clients for an electronic cigarette company in Guatemala. The focus is on prospecting, order taking, and strengthening commercial relationships, without handling product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned client portfolio regularly and follow a predefined route.
• Prospect and acquire new customers in traditional retail, convenience stores, and distributors.
• Generate sales, meet established targets, and lift orders through the internal ordering system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and prospect information and report market insights.
• Present product portfolio, promotions, pricing, and new releases.
• Monitor product rotation and identify replenishment opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mass‑consumer field sales, preferably in the traditional channel.
• Own a reliable motorcycle with a valid license and be willing to work 100% in the field.
• Reside in or near the coverage zone and be able to travel throughout the assigned area.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Excel.
