About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to promote and sell semi‑new and used cars and motorcycles at our Plaza Obelisco location in Guatemala City. You will interact with customers both in‑person and through digital channels, guiding them through the purchase process and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers visiting the showroom or contacting us online.
• Prepare tailored vehicle and financing proposals.
• Conduct test‑drives for interested buyers.
• Close sales and coordinate vehicle delivery.
• Manage vehicle reception and inventory.
• Prospect and attract new customers.
• Capture photos and videos of vehicles according to training guidelines.
• Report daily activities to the store manager.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
